Panopreter Plus reads text aloud and reads files in formats of txt, rtf,

Panopreter toolbar for Internet Explorer included in Panopreter Plus reads the text on the web page aloud, and converts the text into audio files too. It will read whole text on the web page when no text has been selected, otherwise it reads only the selected text.
